Our Service is designed to help users plan wine country visits. We are not a travel agency, transportation provider, or licensed tour operator.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

4.2 Refund Policy

• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your itinerary, contact us within 7 days of delivery for one free revision.
• Money-Back Guarantee: If we cannot meet your needs after revision, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of original purchase.
• No Refunds After Use: Once you have used the itinerary (visited wineries on the recommended date), refunds are not available.

4.3 Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your credit card company, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the Service pending resolution.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Service, including:

• Your wine preferences
• Party size and composition (adults, children, etc.)
• Accessibility requirements
• Travel dates and constraints

5.2 Verification of Details

You are responsible for:

• Verifying winery hours, availability, and policies before your visit
• Confirming any reservations we assist with
• Ensuring your party complies with winery rules and regulations
• Arranging safe transportation (designated driver, rideshare, etc.)

5.3 Legal Drinking Age

You confirm that all members of your party who will consume alcohol are of legal drinking age (21 years or older in the United States).

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

6.1 Information Accuracy

While we strive to maintain accurate, up-to-date information about Yadkin Valley wineries, we cannot guarantee:

• Winery hours, pricing, or availability
• Accuracy of tasting room policies
• Availability of specific wines or experiences
• Road conditions or travel times

Wineries may change their hours, policies, or offerings without notice. Always verify directly with the winery before your visit.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Our itineraries are generated using artificial intelligence technology with human review. While we take steps to ensure quality and accuracy:

• AI may occasionally produce errors or outdated information
• All itineraries undergo human quality assurance before delivery
• You should verify critical details independently

6.3 No Guarantee of Experience

We provide recommendations based on your stated preferences, but we cannot guarantee:

• Your personal enjoyment of any winery
• Wine quality or your taste preferences being met
• Weather conditions
• Third-party service quality (restaurants, lodging, transportation)

6.4 Reservation Assistance

For tiers including reservation assistance:

• We will make reasonable efforts to secure reservations on your behalf
• Reservations are subject to winery availability
• We cannot guarantee specific time slots or dates
• Final confirmation of reservations is your responsibility

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Maximum Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YADKIN DATA PARTNERS LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

7.2 Exclusion of Damages

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Share itineraries with members of your travel party
• Print itineraries for personal use

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved as follows:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first at hello@valleysomm.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.
2. Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Forsyth County, North Carolina, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
3. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

12.3 Small Claims Exception

Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yadkin Data Partners LLC regarding the Service.

13.2 Severability
